Setup & Installation: How do you mount the Polycade? What's needed for setup?

Your Polycade can be mounted on many surfaces including drywall, wood, cement, brick, and more. You can view Mounting Instructions on our Installation Instructions page.

Installing a Polycade is as easy as mounting a TV and all you need is a standard 110v power outlet, though you will want to ask a friend for help to lift the machine.

Here's a timelapse of the process of setting your Polycade up for the first time:

Shipping: What's the lead time? What does shipping cost? Where do you ship?

Our standard lead time for a Polycade is 4-6 weeks and shipping takes between 3-5 business days depending on your location.

The price to ship 1 machine within the USA is $325. 2 machines is $500. For quantities over 2 machines, each additional machine is $250 to ship.

Polycade currently ships anywhere in the US and Canada, but if you're interested in shipping somewhere lelse just contact us for a quote.

Games: What games does the Polycade come with? How many games can it hold? Is it customizable?

There are a couple of versions of Polycade, so the answer to this depends on which model you have:

Polycade Free to Play & Pay to Play

Polycade Free To Play & Pay to Play come with 16 games. A game list can be found here.

Polycade Free To Play is not customizable, but through our connected interface, we update your game selection on a regular basis. We track the performance of the games and swap out underperforming titles with new games as we license them. If you're interested in adding and download your own games, our Home product may be a better fit for you.

Polycade Home

Polycade Home does not arrive with any games, but it's fully customizable, so you can add and download any games you'd like. We make it easy by shipping the Polycade with pre-installed emulators and Steam.

With the 1TB of provided storage, .you have plenty of space to run hundreds of classic retro games or install more modern games like Street Fighter 5 and Mortal Kombat X.

Specs: What's inside the Polycade? How much does the Polycade weigh?

The Polycade weighs approximately 160 pounds and is 30"W x 48"H x 17"D.. Your Polycade ships with a mount that can easily hold the weight.
