Sales

Polycade is seeking a Sales Representative with experience selling to channel partners and large, multi-location accounts, such as chain restaurants, hospitality groups, entertainment brands, and franchise systems.

This role is focused on developing relationships, managing long sales cycles, and expanding Polycade’s presence through strategic partners and enterprise customers.

You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, opening doors, and helping Polycade scale into national and regional accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close channel partners including distributors, resellers, and integrators
  • Develop relationships with large accounts and multi-location businesses (e.g., chain restaurants, hospitality groups, entertainment venues)
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Present Polycade solutions to executives, operators, and purchasing teams
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise and channel opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, logistics, fulfillment, and onboarding
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and partner meetings as needed
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven experience selling to channel partners, distributors, or resellers
  • Experience selling to large or multi-location accounts (restaurants, hospitality, retail, entertainment, or franchise groups)
  • Comfortable with longer sales cycles and relationship-driven selling
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-growing company environment
  • Experience selling hardware, technology, or experiential products
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Existing relationships within hospitality or entertainment industries

Nice To Have

  • Experience in hospitality, restaurant technology, entertainment, or consumer hardware
  • Familiarity with franchise systems and corporate purchasing processes
