Shipping policy

For US orders

Polycade strives to ship as quickly as possible. We use a 3rd party fulfillment warehouse, so at times our shipping speed is subject to partner delays that are beyond our control. In cases where a product is out of stock, we generally list an estimated restock date. Please keep in mind the restock date is an estimate and not a firm shipment date. Updates are provided in our Discord channel (out-of-stock-updates channel), and occasionally via email. 

For orders outside the US

All shipping timeline estimates listed on our website do not apply to international orders. Note that any shipping cost calculation for freight products (Sente, Stand) on the website are incorrect as they do not factor the freight nature of the shipment. If you place an order, we will contact you with the available options, which are likely to bear a higher shipping cost than any calculation taking place during checkout. Additionally, regardless of your destination location, some accessories may need to ship from the US.

Central & South America: We can ship to a freight forwarder of your choice inside the US. We cannot ship direct to your country.

Europe: At the time of this writing, we are in the process of setting up an EU warehouse. Once this is complete (est October 2026), we will be able to ship within the UK & EU for around $300 USD.

India & Indonesia: We cannot ship to India or Indonesia. We might be able to ship to a freight forwarder of your choice (either from the US or from China). Reach out to operations@polycade.com to inquire.

Everywhere else: We will reach out to you to provide you with the available options.
