Questions and Answers

What does a Game Night Look like?

Game Nights typically last about 2 hours and consist of a casual tournament where you (or you & a team) will get a chance to play a different game each round. When it's not your turn to play, you'll be hanging out and meeting awesome people from your neighborhood!

How do I win a Game Night?

Become the Game Night Champion by getting higher scores or knocking out your opponents in head-to-head match-ups.

When are you doing a Game Night at a bar in my city?

We're currently only doing Game Nights in Los Angeles, so if you're not in SoCal and want Polycade Game Nights, please email us and we'll try to find a way to make it happen.

How often do Game Nights occur?

We aim to run a Game Night at least once a month out of various bars in Los Angeles. Sign up for our mailing list at the top of this page or check back on this page to see our Upcoming Event schedule.

Does it cost anything?

Nope! It's totally free, though you may want to buy yourself (or a friend) a drink or two.

What do I win?

Winners typically leave with some free booze, swag, bragging rights., and of course, some new friends.

Which games do you play at a Game Night?

We select games that are easy-to-learn for any skill level and appeal to all types of gamers. In any given Game Night, you'll play a bunch of different games from our licensed game list. You can click here to see our Game list

I'm not a gamer. Am I going to get embarrassed by a bunch of pros?

Game Nights are not your typical esports competitions. This is a casual meet up that's focused on friendly competition and easy-to-learn games. You'll be able to compete and have fun whether you're a pro or a beginner!
