Fulfillment Overview

The recent port strikes cost us 2-3 weeks in our fulfillment timeline. Thankfully, that fiasco is over and our remaining inventory is getting delivered to the fulfillment center this week (by 11/08/2024).

The fulfillment center has been shipping orders for 2 weeks now, and continues to ship more each day. Please see below for the estimated timeline for your order. We are committed to getting all orders out in time for Christmas.

Orders with Stripe decals

The Stripe decals are applied at the fulfillment center, greatly increasing the time needed to prepare an order for shipping. 

If you don't mind applying the decals yourself, we will be able to ship your order sooner and we will send you 2x sets of the stripe decals so that you have a backup. We will provide how-to videos to help guide the stripe decal application process. If you'd like to take this option, please email support@polycade.com to let us know!
